Fidel was exposed to a style of cooking that fused Traditional American and unique Southern Culture influences to create flavorful healthy masterpieces. His passion for cooking began early in his life. He enjoyed spending time in the kitchen with his parents and grandmother, and could be found watching Julia Childs on a regular basis. He enjoyed creating food that pleased his family and friends.
Over the past 17 years, Executive Chef Fidel has worked in some of the most prestigious Southern California Restaurants. Today, he brings his talents to The Hollywood Corner where he continues to prepare meals for his customers just as he does for his family and friends, with love and care.
